Pomegranate Cottage and Bombay Boudoir is the perfect getaway spot, in the heart of Suurbraak historical mission village.
The cottage offers respite from the city, a great place for folks and children to enjoy the river, the mountain, perfect for mountain biking, historical tours of the mission village, hiking, birding, or just kicking back and chilling.
Originally built in 1815 and restored in 2010, with the Bombay Boudoir renovated caravan added on in 2015, the cottage and glamping caravan accommodates 4 people comfortably.
Nestled between the Buffelsjag and Caledon Stream and within 50 metres to the swimming area lies Suurbraak’s Secret. Enveloped by nature, birds, streams and free roaming cattle, this secret hideaway is what you need as a break from the city.
The location of Suurbraak’s Secret provides a wonderful opportunity to explore the village of Suurbraak and retreat over the river to the sounds of nature and the church bells in the distance.
